smartwork.space digital services make life easy
Register and login to the smartwork.space booking engine, select the desired time and select a room. After you book, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the following information:
- Date and time of the reservation
- Location details with links on how-to-get-there information including direction maps
- A personal PIN-Code for access control and WLAN
For events with other participants, you can add them as invitees during the booking process and they will also receive the above information by E-mail. As the host it is mandatory for you to download and use our App for access control purposes.
A one-time registration with identity verification is necessary before you make your first booking.
Welcome
With the access code, sent via E-mail, your guests can access the space as easily as you can.
Plug-in Displays
All conference rooms have large format displays or projectors available.

Beverages are included in all prices (except for events). The same goes for coffee, tea and WiFi.
